How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is easy and secure. Simply go to the
picture of the item you wish to order, fill in the
quanity you need and click the submit button. When
you have chosen all of the items you wish to order,
you may go to the check out section to finalize
your order..
Can I phone in an Order?
Yes, please call 1-800-607-3318 or 608-782-4294 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST.
If I encounter a problem while
submitting my order, should I resubmit it?
If you are unsure your order was properly submitted,
contact Prizm Companies at 1-800-607-3318 or email info@prizmco.com.
Can I cancel my order after
it has been submitted?
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with
us, please call us as soon as possible. Normally, we
will process all orders within 48 hours and ship within
5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Can I receive an email confirming
my order?
You will receive an order confirmation from Prizm Companies
within a short period of time after your order is received.
How long will it take for
my order to arrive?
Most pre-stocked orders are dispatched within five working days. Any items that are imprinted with specific or personalized information will be dispatched within five business days. Occasionally, when there is a temporary problem with one of the items you have orrdered, there may be delays. If so, you will be contacted with any questions about your order. Once your order has been shipped, the method of delivery will determine the cost and delivery speed.
Can I ship the products to
another location other than my billing address?
Yes. When placing an order on-line, via phone or email
this option will be available.
What are the shipping costs?
The UPS shipping cost will vary depending upon the
size and weight of the order. We will do our best
to provide the best UPS rate. Freight cost will be
added to an order at the time of shipping. We cannot
properly estimate the shipping cost prior to shipping.
If you would like to know what the exact shipping
cost is after ship date we would be happy to provide
it. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00.
